Inaugural Baked Eggs


4 eggs
2 egg whites or Egg Beaters
Basil (fresh or dried)
Garlic (finely diced)
Cheese (any type works).
Olive Oil

Materials Needed
Cooking Spray or Butter
Glass Dish
Frying Pan


1. Spray Ramekins with Cooking Spray or brush with melted butter (even better). Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Crack one (1) egg into each ramekin. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Top off with egg whites, distributing evenly.
4. Lightly cook basil, tomatoes, and garlic in 1 tsp of olive oil for about 2 mins.
5. Top eggs with tomato mixture and cheese.
6. Place ramekins in glass dish.
7. Bake for 20-25 mins.
8. Cool Slightly and Enjoy.

Serve with Toasted French or Ciabatta Bread.
