I will set up a link in my Web favs section shortly with cooking notes, but I MUST urge you strongly to make this Garlic Soup ASAP! Seriously. Fragrant with herbs and tamed garlic, thickened with egg yolks and fresh Parm. It's heaven. And while it feels decadently creamy, no cream is involved! And ultra simple. You just must temper the eggs, but that is tres simple. Do it!!
