So, Stacy knows that I purchased WAY too much milk last weekend for my halloween brunch. I have GALLONS in the fridge, and they're in danger of expiring in three days. So, tomorrow I'm going to make *gasp* fresh ricotta cheese. I will let you know what happens. But I'll take votes: if successful, do I make something sweet or savory? Suggestions?

Now I have to get off this wiki.
