What to serve with gazpacho?

Hello, ladies.

So, Brian thinks he's found us couple-friends. News! It's a co-worker of his and her husband. Fun! So we invited them over for lunch a week from this Sunday (Isaac goes to bed at 7pm, so we're not doing dinner parties for a while yet).

It's getting sunny and warm here (85 today!) so I was thinking cold soup and, of course, tomato-based gazpacho came up. Yum. It can, of course, be a meal in of itself, but Andrienne is 6 or 7 months pregnant and by my calculations that means FOOD ALL THE TIME.

What should I serve with it? Since it's lunch I doubt I'll do an appetizer (if I did it would be marinated Machego cheese and Marcona almonds). So what would you serve with this soup?

My ideas: some sort of fish (a risk - not all folks dig this) or a pizza with caramelized onions and gouda or something.

Hep! I'll take as many suggestions as you got!

Oh - for dessert I'm making the Barefoot Contessa's lemon cakes, which are insane and perfectly sweet and tart and ideal for summer. I craved lemons throughout my pregnancy, so I'm going to see if she'll dig it!
