I've often found myself perplexed by what constitutes "easy" and "fast." I believe the definition roughly approximates, "tedious" and "time-consuming." Yet when I look at cookbooks that really are easy and fast, I want to run in the other direction, as they generally rely on a lot of processed ingredients. What is a lazy (or tired and busy) foodie to do? Thankfully, I do think we have some reasonably easy and delicious recipes posted here, though!
Thanks for the review. I'll stay away from this one, but now I am intrigued by the Bon Appetit book!
