Garlicky Kale

Ingredients:

1 large bunch kale, stems removed, thoroughly washed and roughly chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 dash red wine vinegar
olive oil
salt

Directions:

Saute garlic in oil in LARGE pan for 30 seconds, then add kale and a dash of water; cover and and lower heat for three-four minutes, stirring occasionally and being sure to re-cover. Add dash of vinegar and salt to taste.
