Honey Mustard Salmon

This is such an easy salmon dish and it is so good with the Nutty Brown Rice.

Ingredients:
1-1 1/2 lb. salmon fillet
1 garlic clove, mashed
3 tablespoons mustard with seeds
2 tablespoons honey
dash cider vinegar (or white vinegar)

Mix garlic, mustard, honey, and vinegar. Salt and broil salmon for 6-7 mins, then remove from oven and coat with honey topping. Continue to broil until cooked through, about 5 mins more.

(Note: The sugar in the honey will burn if added too soon, so make sure you heed my advice and don't add it till the salmon is half done)
