Too Much Lasagna

After enduring a horrendous meal of butternut squash ravioli (which tasted like candy) at a local Italian restaurant, I was more than ready to enjoy the old standard spinach and mushroom lasagna.

This was a snap to throw together last night because I had previously prepped the sauce and the veggies the day before while cooking other things. Foresight. It's a beautiful thing.

Unfortunately, I may have overindulged a bit.
