Not everything I cook merits its own blog entry, but I still want to remember what I've been up to. Here's what could be found on my table during the last couple of weeks:
- Rice, beans, and fresh salsa for lunch happened quite a bit.
- Homemade tomato sauce always in the fridge.
- Soon dubu jigae.
- Tofu stir-fry with carrots and the black fungus K gave to me.
- Warm spinach salad.
- Israeli couscous with roasted veggies.
- Simple salad of baby greens, Parmesan cheese, and Italian dressing.
- Fresh hummus.
- Roasted potatoes.
- Korean wrap.
A creature of habit, indeed.
