What's Been Cooking

Not everything I cook merits its own blog entry, but I still want to remember what I've been up to. Here's what could be found on my table during the last couple of weeks:

  • Rice, beans, and fresh salsa for lunch happened quite a bit.
  • Homemade tomato sauce always in the fridge.
  • Soon dubu jigae.
  • Tofu stir-fry with carrots and the black fungus K gave to me.
  • Warm spinach salad.
  • Israeli couscous with roasted veggies.
  • Simple salad of baby greens, Parmesan cheese, and Italian dressing.
  • Fresh hummus.
  • Roasted potatoes.
  • Korean wrap.

A creature of habit, indeed.
