This is the best way to eat burssels sprouts! It's pretty basic: get some brussels sprouts, mix with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper, and bake!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (you'll have to experiment).
- Wash brussels sprouts and chop off the tiny stem.
- Mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet in one layer.
- Push around with your spoon every so often to avoid burning.
- It's done when the outside of the sprouts are dark and the sprouts are smushy. It will take at least 30-45 minutes.
The outside will often be crispy and super salty; the inside will be soft.
