Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

This is the best way to eat burssels sprouts! It's pretty basic: get some brussels sprouts, mix with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper, and bake!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (you'll have to experiment).
  2. Wash brussels sprouts and chop off the tiny stem.
  3. Mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet in one layer.
  5. Push around with your spoon every so often to avoid burning.
  6. It's done when the outside of the sprouts are dark and the sprouts are smushy. It will take at least 30-45 minutes.

The outside will often be crispy and super salty; the inside will be soft.
