Turkey Chili

Ingredients:

1lb. lean turkey breast
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 med onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1-2 jalapenos, seeds removed if desired
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
1-2 tablespoons chili powder
1 heaping teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Saute turkey over medium heat until no longer pink, drain and set aside in bowl. Sautee onion and pepper until no longer translucent, add jalapenos and spices and stir fry for 30 seconds. Re-add turkey, beans, and tomatoes and cook, partially covered, over low heat for 1/2 hr. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with sliced avocado and cheese.
